Tim began his career as a permit runner, traveling across Florida to pull permits in person before the digital age transformed the process. His firsthand experience in the trenches gave him a deep understanding of what contractors face—and how to navigate the system to avoid delays. Over the years, he rose through the ranks to manage multiple offices for one of the largest permitting companies in the country before launching Alpha Permitting to provide more personalized service.“I started at the bottom, running permits myself.
